At Holland Park we know how important it is to have a fun and nurturing environment where family members of all ages from babies to teenagers can join in and enjoy learning about their history. We also know how important it is that we teach our children from a young age about the importance of their Jewish identity.
We run lots of events to make this possible for all families who join us. We have weekly childrens services giving the children a chance to learn more about their Jewish identity. We have many more family events including Friday night dinners, volunteering events and parties throughout the year.
To find out more about these events please contact the Synagogue office.
YOHO is an amazing place where we create lots of meaningful connections and enjoy many wonderful days and evenings together celebrating our heritage, customs and love for our community.
YOHO provides a loving and caring environment for all our children to be together and have fun social nights out and also celebrate Festivals and Shabbat together.
If you are interested in knowimg more about YOHO please contact us.
The Certificate of Religious Practice gives applicants the chance to demonstrate Jewish practice when applying to schools where a CRP forms part of the application. For those applying for nursery or primary places points are collected by parents and children. For those applying for secondary places from years 7-12 the child must collect their own points.
CRP collecting for 2025/26 starts on 5 April 2024 and must be completed by 31 October 2024 for secondary applications and 15 January 2025 for primary applications.
Points can be collected at any Synagogue and you do not have to be a member to get points. If you are collecting all your points at Holland Park Synagogue please email the office and we will record attendance. If you are attending Holland Park Synagogue and wish to have an attendance letter please contact the office no later than the Wednesday prior to your attendance.

Many local schools take the opportunity to teach their students about Judaism and some of our Festivals and customs.
We are delighted to host schools in the Synagogue, giving students the opportunity to have a guided tour of the Synagogue and ask any questions about what they have seen or from what they have previously learnt.
